if you receive the error failed to connect, try rebooting the DVR/NVR. Then on the device go to Menu – QR code. Make sure the status is Connected. Then re-add the device to QC View.
The QR474 does not use the QC view software. QC view is only for the QC Series. Currently only access via Internet Explorer (PC) and Mobile Phone (iOS , Android) is supported.
